My father · The Forge
My father spent his life in the skilled trades. He built a respected business through hard work, integrity, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.
Watching him taught me that success isn’t built overnight. It’s earned one customer, one project, and one handshake at a time.
My mother · The Glory
My mother was the creative force. She designed the branding for my father’s company and had an incredible eye for design and presentation.
She understood that a business isn’t just what it does. It’s how it makes people feel. She believed details mattered because they reflected pride in your work.
When my sister saw the Forge & Glory brand for the first time, she simply said:
“Oh, Mom would have loved it. She would have loved the colors and the shield.”
That moment confirmed we weren’t just creating a logo. We were carrying forward a legacy.
Why “Forge & Glory”
The name wasn’t chosen because it sounded good. It was chosen because it tells our family’s story.
Forge represents the values my father lived every day: craftsmanship, discipline, integrity, hard work, and building things that last.
Glory honors my mother, whose name and influence continue to shape this company. It also reflects Glory Ranch, our family’s roots, and the legacy she left behind through her creativity, love, and vision.

Why we exist
Businesses are facing the biggest transformation since the Industrial Revolution. Many leaders feel pressure to move quickly, but they’re afraid of losing the culture, relationships, and craftsmanship that made their companies successful.
We understand that fear, because we don’t believe the future should erase the past. We believe it should build on it. We don’t replace experience; we amplify it. We don’t replace people; we empower them.
A family legacy continues
Forge & Glory is more than my company. It’s the next chapter of my family’s story. It is led by my husband, Brian Dierks, and me as equal partners.
His military service brings discipline, leadership, and a commitment to serving others. My background in business transformation, accounting, and AI brings strategy, innovation, and a passion for helping organizations navigate change.
